Exceptional Optical Performance

All reflective surfaces of the optical elements and prisms have been fully multi-coated to prevent excessive reflection. By treating roof prisms with phase coating and auxiliary prisms with super-high-reflection dielectric, multi-layer coating, the VD 4X20 WP boosts improved light transmission and delivers outstanding imaging performance with a bright, sharp, high-contrast view of the subject with minimal flare and ghost images.

Washable, Weather-Resistant Body

The VD 4x20 WP features a weather-resistant construction (equivalent to JIS Class 7; protected against immersion to one meter under the water). It can be rinsed clean with water and is usable under all weather conditions (cannot be used inside water). An exclusive neck strap is included that double-functions as two independent hand straps for the monoculars. The Pentax VD 4x20 WP 3-in-1 Binoculars come with a dedicated case for easy storage and can be used with an optional TP-3 tripod adapter for mounting them on a tripod.
