The SIG SAUER TANGO6T DVO combines 1 to 6x magnification, a 24 mm objective, and a first focal plane DWLR-556 illuminated reticle in a 30 mm riflescope. Its HDX optical system combines ED and HT elements for high light transmission and clear detail, while SpectraCoat reduces surface reflections across the visible spectrum. The Flat Dark Earth finish and ALPHA4 cantilever mount create a complete manufacturer-configured setup for hunting and sporting use.
Hellfire Illumination and Optical Control
The Hellfire system uses fiber optic illumination with a glass-etched DWLR-556 reticle. Nine daylight settings and two NV settings are managed through a locking illumination dial. A fast-focus eyepiece supports direct viewing adjustments, while the 6x optical system moves from 1x to 6x magnification. The first focal plane layout is paired with capped turrets using 0.2 MRAD adjustment increments.
Weather Protection and Practical Hardware
IPX8 waterproof construction is rated for complete and continuous immersion at 20 meters, and the optic also carries fog-proof performance. An argon internal purge supports the sealed optical system. LensArmor abrasion-resistant coatings help protect lens surfaces, while SpectraCoat manages reflections. The laser-engraved mounting line assists alignment, and the selector ring throw lever gives the magnification ring a defined control point.
The package includes the ALPHA4 cantilever mount, magnetically retained lay-flat flip-back caps, and an anti-reflection device. With 31 MRAD of total elevation travel, 31 MRAD of total windage travel, and a 300-meter parallax setting, the TANGO6T DVO combines verified optical, adjustment, and environmental features in one manufacturer-configured system.
