Sigma’s 4.5mm F2.8 EX DC Circular Fisheye HSM creates an image that is a circular, curved, distorted view of reality when used on a digital SLR camera. It is one of the most unusual lenses a photographer can use as it produces a circular image within a black surrounding frame. It is ideal for landscapes and panoramic photography. Because of its equisolid angle projection system, the lens can be used for scientific applications. The minimum focusing distance of 5.3 inches allows the photographer to have fun with placement of subjects extremely near to the camera with distorted backgrounds. SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass employed for effective compensation of color aberration, Super Multi-Layer lens coating reduces flare and ghosting and assures high image quality throughout the entire focal range. These are special lenses designed for APS-C size sensors so that the image circle matches the smaller size of the image sensor of most digital SLR cameras. Exclusive for APS-C size DSLR Cameras
This lens is the first circular fisheye lens designed for APS-C size digital SLR cameras. It produces circular image with a diameter of 12.3mm and angle of view of 180 degree in all directions, making it ideal for capturing 360 degree panoramas.
Equisolid Angle Projection System
Due to the quantifiable angle/area relationship it produces, this lens can be used for scientific applications such as solid angle measurements of cloud distribution over the sky, or vegetation distribution of the rain forest canopy.
Allows for Close-up Photography
The minimum focusing distance of 13.5cm/5.3inch and maximum magnification of 1:6 make it particularly useful for close-up photography.
Large aperture
It is an ideal lens for Astrophotography and Aurora photography. The large depth of field enables photographers to emphasize the subject.
Gelatin Filter
This lens is equipped with a gelatin filter holder at the rear, allowing the use of gelatin filters. The front cap adapter for attachment of the 72mm front cap is included.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
