Sony Alpha 9 Mark III Full-frame Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens Camera Body
The Sony Alpha 9 Mark III full-frame mirrorless interchangeable lens camera body has a full-frame stacked 24.6 MP2 CMOS image sensor with a global shutter system. Unlike most rolling shutter sensors, this camera reads all the pixels simultaneously to be able to capture fast-moving subjects without shutter distortion. The camera features a shutter speed of 1 by 80000 second that makes it a game changer when it comes to professional photography.
Continuous Shooting at 120fps
The Alpha 9 Mark III camera offers continuous shooting at 120fps and offers full AF and AE tracking. Its high-tech AI processing unit identifies subjects to capture every small detail.
Capture Split-Second Moments
Never let go of precious moments with the Alpha 9 Mark III camera. The 1/80000 second shutter speed allows easy capturing of fast-moving subjects no matter the situation. The compatible flash unit such as the HVL-F60RM2 or HVL-F46RM allows synchronization at any shutter speed to illuminate the image all across despite high-speed, so there is never a moment missed.
Exmor RS Image Sensor
The new Exmor RS Image Sensor in the camera has about 24.6 million effective pixels with a stacked CMOS architecture and memory. This sensor helps to deliver high-resolution combined with speed and a full-pixel readout to deliver distortion-free fast moving images. The stacking structure allows high-speed processing with negligible delays.
BIONZ XR Image Processing
The BIONZ XR image processing boosts the processing speed of the camera by 8x. This means reduced processing latency and higher image boosting power. The Exmor RS image sensor can process a high volume of data even when it is using the continuous burst mode at up to 120fps. In any shooting mode, the camera can capture high-quality 14-bit RAW images.
Reduced Noise
There is significantly reduced noise when shooting multiple images (4,8,16, or 32, slectable). The Alpha 9 Mark III camera use Composite RAW shooting to do this. The images can then be merged using Sony’s Imaging Edge Desktop computer application software. This enables to shoot wildlife at high shutter speeds or even in low-lit environments at high ISO settings. To significantly reduce flase color and jaggies, the camera makes use of Composite RAW.
