Sony a7R IV A 61MP Full-frame Mirrorless Camera Body
The a7R IV A Full-Frame Mirrorless Camera is a new addition to the Sony Alpha a7R series. The camera offers a remarkable resolution, thanks to its 60MP full-frame back-illuminated CMOS sensor. This high-resolution sensor combined with a powerful, high-speed BIONZ X image processing engine, produces sharp, high-contrast images with accurate color reproduction even in low-light conditions. Sony Alpha a7R IV A comes packed with features like built-in 5-axis image stabilizer for minimized vibration, Superb AF coverage, speed, and tracking, Real-time Eye AF, up to 10 fps burst shooting for capturing decisive moments, and much more. The camera ergonomics are redesigned for more confident and comfortable operations. Featuring a robust, compact body made from magnesium alloy, the camera is built to last in tough situations.
Powerful 61 Megapixel Sensor
The Alpha a7R IV A uses a newly developed 35mm full-frame back-illuminated CMOS sensor with up to 61-megapixel resolution. The camera’s mirrorless design further maximizes the sensor resolution without reducing the image quality. Built using Sony's proprietary technology, the camera can achieve superb high resolution while assuring low noise and high sensitivity.
High-Speed BIONZ X Image Processing Engine
Designed to match the brilliance of the astonishing image sensor, the high-speed BIONZ X image processing engine reproduces detailed imagery with reduced noise especially in the standard ISO sensitivity range up to ISO 32000.
Features Maximizing Superb 61MP Resolution
The Alpha a7R IV A's high image 61-megapixel resolution performance is maximized by other camera advantages, one of which is a 5-axis optical in-body image stabilization with optimized algorithms to achieve up to a 5.5-stop shutter speed advantage. Another magnificent feature is the electronic shutter that allows for silent, vibration-free shooting. The a7R IV A Camera also incorporates an internal damper structure to absorb the impact of shutter motion for minimum shutter vibration.
14-Bit RAW Output for Natural Gradations
The Sony a7R IV A supports compressed and uncompressed 14-bit RAW output for smoother, more natural gradations that contribute to higher overall image quality. Its high-speed front-end LSI and the enhanced BIONZ X image processor make 14-bit RAW output available even when shooting in silent or continuous mode.
High-Speed 10 fps Burst Shooting with AF/AE Tracking
Sony's new a7R IV A is capable of shooting continuously at up to 10 fps with AF/AE tracking through a mechanical shutter. It can also shoot continuously at up to 8 fps in live-view mode with minimal display time lag for capturing fast-moving subjects. The camera is capable of capturing up to 26.2MP in APS-C crop mode.
5.76-Million-Dot UXGA OLED Tru-Finder
The camera’s 5.76-million-dot electronic viewfinder provides high-precision, high-brightness, and high-contrast visibility – reproducing fine detail for high-resolution images. Fluorine coating on the surface helps remove dirt or a fingerprint from the lens, for more comfortable viewing in extreme weather and better concentration on shooting. The High Display Quality mode suppress moiré and jaggies for highly precise and natural images on the viewfinder, while 120/100 fps of High Finder Frame Rate mode helps display smoother motion to simply trace moving subjects.
Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS Full-Frame E-Mount Lens
With a versatile 24 to 105 mm range, this compact zoom brings outstanding G Lens excellence to a variety of still and movie applications. Compact, lightweight mobility makes it a natural choice for a wide range of subjects, while the remarkable blend of impressive optical quality, a constant F4 maximum aperture throughout the zoom range and fast, precise AF, deliver professional performance and reliability.
