GameDAC Gen 2 Audio Control
GameDAC Gen 2 uses an ESS Sabre Quad DAC and supports audio resolution up to 96 kHz, 24 bit. A built-in 10-band equalizer lets you adjust frequencies from bass through treble directly from the system. ChatMix also provides convenient control over the balance between game audio and teammate communication.
Switch Between Gaming Systems
Multi System Connect lets you attach two supported systems and move between them from the GameDAC Gen 2. The dedicated Xbox connection supports Xbox Series X and S and Xbox One, while the second connection expands the setup to PC, PS5, PS4, Mac, and supported handheld systems.
Retractable Microphone for Clear Communication
The bidirectional microphone reduces background noise by 25 dB and retracts into the earcup when you do not need it. On Windows 10 and later, SteelSeries Sonar software adds AI-based microphone noise reduction and advanced audio controls. Support for 360-degree Spatial Audio further expands the listening experience for games with positional sound.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
