The Tilta Camera Cage Pro Kit for Nikon ZR is a complete camera support solution designed to enhance the functionality, protection, and expandability of your Nikon ZR cinema camera. Combining a modular full camera cage with professional rigging accessories, this kit provides a versatile foundation for handheld, tripod, and gimbal-based productions.
Modular Full Camera Cage Design
The included full camera cage offers comprehensive protection while maintaining access to camera buttons, ports, and the hot shoe. Its modular construction allows users to configure it as a full cage or lightweight L-bracket, depending on shooting requirements, providing flexibility for both compact and fully rigged setups.
Extensive Accessory Mounting Options
Multiple anti-twist 1/4in-20 threads, 3/8in-16 mounting points, and cold shoe mounts allow users to attach monitors, microphones, wireless transmitters, articulating arms, and other accessories. The cage is designed to support a wide range of production configurations without limiting camera operation.
Improved Handheld Operation
The included Xeno top handle and side handle provide greater comfort and control during handheld shooting. The top handle improves low-angle operation, while the adjustable side handle enhances stability and can be positioned for optimal ergonomics. Both handles feature accessory mounting points for additional expansion.
Quick Release and 15mm Rod Support
The height-adjustable Arca-type 15mm LWS baseplate enables fast transitions between tripods, gimbals, and support systems. The adjustable design accommodates follow focus systems and matte boxes while maintaining proper lens alignment. The included 15mm rods provide mounting support for additional cinema accessories.
Secure Camera Protection
Constructed from durable aluminum alloy, the cage secures the Nikon ZR using multiple locking points for a stable fit. A dedicated cable clamp helps prevent accidental cable disconnections and protects USB-C and micro-HDMI connections during production.
Expandable Professional Rigging System
The included 15mm rods allow users to expand their setup as production needs grow. This supports optional extensions, while the lightweight aluminum construction balances durability and portability for field and studio use.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
