The UGREEN DXP4800 Pro is a high-performance 4-bay NAS system designed for fast file storage, media management, and professional or home server use. Powered by an Intel Core i3 processor, DDR5 memory, dual high-speed networking, and SSD caching support, it delivers powerful multitasking, fast transfers, and flexible storage expansion in a compact desktop form.
Processor (Intel Core i3-1315U)
A 6-core processor that delivers strong performance for multitasking, file storage, media streaming, virtualization, and NAS workloads without lag.
Memory (8GB DDR5 RAM, expandable up to 96GB)
High-speed DDR5 memory ensures smooth system performance and supports demanding tasks such as Docker applications and virtual machines. It can be upgraded for heavier workloads.
Storage System (4 SATA Bays + 2 M.2 NVMe Slots)
- Storage Bays: Four SATA III bays support 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch drives for large-capacity storage such as backups, documents, and media libraries.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
