Industrial-Grade Performance
The S6 Flex 3D Printer from UltiMaker builds on the trusted foundation of the S5, delivering a powerful combination of reliability, modularity, and advanced engineering. Designed for industrial-grade applications, it features direct dual extrusion, onboard print process reporting, and a temperature-controlled, insulated build compartment. These innovations ensure consistent, high-quality output with minimal variation, even when producing complex, high-precision parts.
Advanced Motion & Print Accuracy
At the heart of the S6 is the upgraded Cheetah motion planner, engineered to work seamlessly with high-flow print cores, an integrated accelerometer, and improved firmware. This system enables faster print speeds without sacrificing accuracy, while enhanced bed leveling and a dual drive feeder provide superior material control and dependable layer adhesion.
Effortless Build Plate & Productivity Boost
The flexible, PEI-coated build plate eliminates the need for glue, allowing prints to be removed quickly and easily. Designed with 25 magnets and four alignment pins, it ensures precise positioning every time. This user-friendly setup reduces downtime and streamlines workflow, helping you maximize productivity with every print job.
Optimized Material Handling
Equipped with an automated Material Station, the S6 is built for continuous, unattended printing, day or night. Its intuitive loading system allows filament changes in seconds, while the insulated compartment preserves material quality. The hardened feeder module, inspired by the Factor 4 design, delivers enhanced grip and consistent extrusion performance even at higher speeds.
High-Flow Print Cores & Dual Extrusion
The included AA+ and CC+ print cores feature an advanced quad-compartment design, enabling up to 2.5× greater material flow while maintaining stable pressure within the printhead. Combined with dual extrusion capabilities, the S6 allows you to print with two different materials simultaneously, expanding design possibilities, reducing waste, and ensuring reliable results across a wide range of applications.
Cleaner, Safer Printing Environment
For enhanced air quality, the S6 can be paired with an optional Air Manager featuring an EPA filter. This fully enclosed system removes up to 95% of ultrafine particles, creating a safer workspace while also improving overall print consistency and quality.
Seamless Software Integration
The S6 integrates seamlessly with UltiMaker Cura and Digital Factory, powerful tools designed to optimize your entire 3D printing workflow. From slicing and file management to maintenance and team collaboration, these platforms make it easier to manage projects efficiently, whether you're working solo or scaling across an enterprise.
