The Uniview NVR501-04B-P4 is a 4-channel network video recorder for IP camera systems that need integrated PoE connectivity, flexible local storage, and high-resolution recording. Four independent PoE network interfaces simplify camera connection by carrying data and power through the recorder. The unit ships without an installed HDD, so storage can be selected for the recording plan.
High Resolution Recording and Display
The recorder supports recording resolutions up to 16 MP and decodes Ultra 265, H.265, and H.264 video formats. Its high-definition digital video output supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz, while a VGA output supports up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz. Incoming network bandwidth reaches 80 Mbps, with outgoing bandwidth up to 64 Mbps.
Storage and Network Resilience
One SATA interface supports a hard drive up to 24 TB, subject to operating conditions and drive size. ANR technology enhances storage reliability when the network is disconnected. The recorder also supports 4-channel smart functions from compatible IP cameras, including Face Detection, SIP, and UMD, plus search tools for people, vehicles, and general events.
For installation flexibility, the NVR includes one 10 M/100 M Ethernet interface, rear USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports, RCA audio input and output, and support for 128 remote users. The 260 mm x 222 mm x 47 mm chassis fits compact recorder installations while providing four PoE ports with up to 30 W per port and 50 W total.
