The Zebra ZD421t desktop label printer supports shipping, inventory, retail, and asset tracking workflows with clear 203 dpi output and flexible media handling. This configuration combines thermal transfer printing for ribbon based labels with direct thermal support for applications that do not require a ribbon. A compact desktop footprint helps place label production close to the point of use.
Flexible Label Production
Print barcodes, text, and graphics at speeds up to 6 inch per second across a maximum 4.09 inch print width. The movable transmissive and full width reflective sensors support gap, black line, and notch media. OpenACCESS media loading and color coded touch points help operators change labels and ribbon with less interruption.
Connected and Easy to Manage
USB 2.0, USB Host, 10/100 Ethernet, and Bluetooth Low Energy provide practical options for direct computer access, wired network placement, peripheral connection, and mobile setup. The five LED status icons and three button interface make printer conditions easier to read, while Zebra Link OS and Print DNA tools support configuration, integration, and fleet management.
With ZPL II and EPL2 language support, 512 MB flash memory, 256 MB SDRAM, and compatibility with media rolls up to 5 inch in outside diameter, the ZD421t supports adaptable desktop labeling across warehouses, offices, stores, and receiving areas.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.
