Access to Curated Kosher Content
Wave connects directly to the Zing platform, giving users access to a large collection of kosher Jewish music, children’s stories, shiurim, and podcasts. All content is filtered and supervised by the Zing Vaad HaNegina to help maintain approved kosher listening standards.
Connected Without Traditional Internet Access
Built-in Zing eSIM connectivity allows direct access to Zing services without depending on WiFi networks. The device does not include a web browser or access to external websites, helping provide a focused and protected user experience.
Offline Listening Support
Wave supports offline playback by allowing users to download content directly to the device. This makes it convenient for travel, commuting, or listening in areas without active connectivity.
Secure and Controlled Environment
Wave operates exclusively within the Zing OS to support a filtered kosher environment. External content transfers, file sharing, and content importing are not supported, while Bluetooth is limited to audio output for headphones and speakers.
Community-Based Configuration
The device can be preset according to requested community standards through Zing Customer Service. Specific content categories and WiFi capability can be enabled or restricted based on community requirements.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
