The National Geographic Rechargeable LED Trek Light is a compact lighting tool built for hiking, camping, astronomy sessions, emergency kits, and other outdoor activities where hands free or portable illumination matters. The flashlight mode provides both high and low output settings, reaching up to 100m on high and up to 40m on low.
Flashlight, Floodlight, and Red Light Modes
The Trek Light combines directional flashlight output with a floodlight for broader area illumination. Floodlight mode includes high, low, and red settings, giving users options for campsite tasks, trail use, equipment setup, and low light observation. The red beam helps preserve the eye's adjustment to dark conditions, making it especially useful around telescopes and other nighttime activities.
Hands Free and Magnetic Mounting
An adjustable head mount converts the light into a hands free headlamp, while the pocket clip provides another carry option. A magnetic base allows the light to attach to compatible metal surfaces for fixed illumination when working around vehicles, campsites, equipment, or other locations where a free standing light is useful.
Rechargeable Outdoor Construction
The lightweight aluminum body is built to handle minor drops and bumps and is splash resistant for outdoor use. A magnetic charging connection secures the light to its USB charging base, while illuminated status indicators make it easier to monitor charging progress. Flashing SOS operation is available in both flashlight and floodlight modes for emergency signaling.

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
